Monteverde Cooking Class

A hands-on Costa Rican cooking class held in host Elizabeth's home near Santa Elena, where small groups prepare a full traditional meal from scratch, including handmade corn tortillas, rice and beans, and a homemade dessert. Classes run Monday through Saturday and can be adapted for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets.
