A remote surf village at the southern tip of the Golfo Dulce, known worldwide for one of the longest left-hand point breaks on earth, which can run for close to a kilometer on a big south swell. A small, off-grid-feeling town of surf cabinas, yoga, and a handful of sodas.
Getting there
About 1.5 hours by car south from Golfito on a rough road with a couple of river crossings, best in a high-clearance 4x4. A passenger bus runs from Golfito but takes longer.
