Quepos

The working port town next to Manuel Antonio, and the practical hub for the area: banks, the hospital, the bus terminal, and Marina Pez Vela. Its sportfishing fleet is one of the best known on the Pacific coast.

Getting there

About 3.5 hours by car from San Jos茅, or a short flight to the Quepos (XQP) airstrip. Local buses and shuttles connect Quepos with Manuel Antonio every few minutes.

Feria days (farmers markets)

Feria days and hours shift with the season and holidays. We verify what we publish and never invent a date, but confirm locally before a special trip. See the full Costa Rica feria calendar.
