Rica Freedivers

Freediving school and spearfishing operation run by PADI Master Instructor Brad, who relocated to Quepos in 2013 and launched Rica Freedivers as a full-time training center. Courses run under both Molchanovs and PADI certification systems from Wave 1 through instructor level, with open water sessions six days a week and pool training twice weekly. Access to depths of 90 meters is a 20-minute boat ride from the marina.
