A licensed conservation foundation running guided sea turtle patrol walks and hatchling release tours on Playa Hermosa and nearby beaches south of Jaco. Volunteers and visitors join dusk or dawn patrols to spot nesting olive ridley, green, and other sea turtles, then help relocate eggs to a protected hatchery. The season runs June through January, with hatchling releases peaking July to January.
