Rafiki Safari Lodge

South African owned safari-style lodge on a 600-acre private wilderness reserve in the Savegre River valley, about 16 km inland from the coastal highway near Quepos. Guests stay in imported luxury safari tents on elevated platforms with private bathrooms and porches, eat at the Lekker Bar and Braai, and book rafting, horseback, kayaking, and birding trips run from the lodge. In operation for over two decades, with a sister beach camp at Playa Matapalo.
