Hotel Costa Verde

Quirky 70-room hotel built along jungle ridges and bluffs about 300 yards from the beach, with three cliffside pools and balconies overlooking the national park coastline. Its signature unit is a converted Boeing 727 fuselage suite that juts out of the canopy, and the same family runs four restaurants nearby including El Avion, built around a Cold War era cargo plane. Developed over more than 25 years and a fixture of the Manuel Antonio hillside.
